Order minimums
Your changeover order is 2 par — two of each item for every guest room. Reorders after that are one par minimum. We'll confirm your pricing on the quote; it isn't published here.
Lead time
8–10 weeks, often sooner. Bottles are made to order.
Freight
Shipped Best Way. Charges are set at time of shipment and added to your final invoice.
Reordering
Your first order is 2 par to convert the house. After that it's one par about every nine months — we'll reach out ahead of each cycle.
Refills & bar soap
Not ordered here — those come from Guest Supply, through your rep or guestsupply.com.
